Our annual Summer Fun Day took place in August 2025 bringing together cochlear implant users of all ages, and their families, for a lively day of outdoor adventure and connection at Dean Castle Country Park.
Funded by the Help to Hear Fund, these much‑loved events offer a valuable opportunity for CI users to meet, socialise, and build supportive networks in a relaxed, family‑friendly setting.
This year’s programme was packed with activities that made full use of the park’s woodland and wildlife. Families enjoyed den building, an exciting minibeast hunt, and a range of outdoor lawn games that kept everyone active and entertained. The ever‑popular face painting stall ensured plenty of colourful smiles throughout the day.
The 2025 Summer Fun Day was another fantastic celebration of community spirit, shared experiences, and the joy of coming together. A huge thank‑you goes to everyone who attended - and to the Help to Hear Fund for making the event possible.
